Lifelong learning is available to people with developmental disabilities in Summit County. Beginning with free screenings for children birth to age three and then with early intervention, school-age programs, habilitation for adults and work training programs, the County of Summit Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities provides learning when ever needed throughout life.
